Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rinxor pre-launch landing page at rinxor.com (the "Site"), operated by Rinxor, Inc. ("Rinxor," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Rinxor

Rinxor, Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation. Our Kickstarter campaign for the Rinxor device is coming soon; a specific launch date has not yet been announced.

2. The Service

The Site allows you to:

• Sign up for email updates about Rinxor
• Reserve a unit by paying $1 (refundable, credited toward your Kickstarter pledge)
• Refer friends to join the early access list

These services are provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Email signup

By submitting your email, you consent to receive marketing communications from Rinxor about the Kickstarter launch and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

4. $1 reservation

The $1 reservation is a deposit, not a purchase of a product.

• The $1 is fully refundable. To request a refund, email hello @ rinxor . com.
• If you back the Rinxor Kickstarter campaign at or above the early-bird tier, the $1 is credited toward your pledge.
• The reservation does not guarantee that the Kickstarter campaign will launch, succeed, or that the product will be delivered. Like all crowdfunding, outcomes depend on funding and execution.
• The reservation gives you VIP early-bird access (priority and pricing during the Kickstarter campaign) but does not transfer ownership of any product.

5. Referral program

You may invite friends to join the Rinxor early access list using a unique referral link. Rewards unlock at specific milestones:

• 1 friend joins → Rinxor Ambassador status
• 3 friends join → VIP early-bird credit (same as the $1 reservation)

The referral program has no monetary value. We reserve the right to disqualify referrals obtained through spam, automated tools, or fraud. Rewards are subject to the successful launch of the Kickstarter campaign.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Rinxor name and brand — is owned by or licensed to Rinxor, Inc. and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute content without our written permission.

7. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent or interfere with security features
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Information about the Rinxor product is preliminary and subject to change. Specifications, pricing, shipping dates, and product features may differ in the final product released through the Kickstarter campaign.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rinxor, Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Rinxor in the past 12 months, or (b) USD $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rinxor, Inc. from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
