This Privacy Policy describes how Rinxor, Inc. ("Rinxor," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit rinxor.com or interact with our pre-launch landing page (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Rinxor, Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation building a compact device that keeps your razor working during shaving. Our Kickstarter campaign is coming soon.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Email address — when you sign up for early access, reserve a unit for $1, or contact us.
• Payment information — if you reserve a unit, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your card details directly. We do not store your card information.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect:

• IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type
• Pages visited, referring URL, time spent on pages
• UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, etc.)
• Cookies and similar identifiers (see Cookies section)

Information from third parties

• If you arrive from a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad, Meta shares attribution identifiers (_fbc, _fbp) with us to measure ad performance.
• If you participate in our referral program (Viral Loops), we receive your referral activity (who you referred, who joined).

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you emails about Rinxor (launch updates, early access, product news)
• Process your $1 reservation and refund it if you request
• Measure the performance of our advertising campaigns
• Operate our referral program
• Detect fraud and abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile)
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and the pre-launch campaign:

• MailerLite — email delivery and subscriber list management
• Stripe — $1 reservation processing
• Viral Loops — referral program operation
• Google Analytics — Site usage measurement
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — ad performance via Pixel and Conversions API
• Cloudflare — bot protection (Turnstile)
• Hostinger — website hosting

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices. We choose providers that offer reasonable data protection commitments. We may also share information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use the following cookies and identifiers:

• _fbp, _fbc (Meta) — ad attribution and measurement
• _ga, _gid (Google Analytics) — usage analytics
• cf_clearance (Cloudflare) — anti-bot protection
• vl_* (Viral Loops) — referral tracking

You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some features.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Deletion — request that we delete your information
• Correction — correct inaccurate information
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from emails (every email contains an unsubscribe link)
• Portability — receive a copy of your information in a portable format

If you live in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you live in California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

The Site is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. If you unsubscribe and request deletion, we will remove your information within 30 days.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email if you are subscribed.
